
Terms and Conditions – Permanent Makeup Services
1. General Agreement​​
By booking a permanent makeup service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility ​
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services. A valid ID may be required. Exceptions may be considered with documented consent from a parent or legal guardian, provided the procedure is determined to be ethically appropriate and demonstrably beneficial to the client’s psychological well-being (e.g., for the treatment of alopecia, chemotherapy-induced hair loss, the reduction of visible scarring, etc.).

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid losing

No-shows or late arrivals (beyond 15 minutes) will result in appointment cancellation.

4. Health & Safety​

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the procedure.

The studio follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe procedure.

4. Results & Expectations​

Permanent makeup is a semi-permanent procedure, and results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

A touch-up session may be required for best results and is not included in the initial service unless stated otherwise.

5. Liability & Consent​

The client understands and accepts the risks associated with permanent makeup.

The studio is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

A consent form must be signed before the procedure.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Changes to Terms
The studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
